This is compatible with ALL cell phones operating on PCS (1900mhz) and CEL (800Mhz) range, EXCEPT Nextel. If you are unsure what frequency your cell phone provider uses feel free to email us your cell phone provider and the zip code in which you are located. The zBoost package includes everything that you need in order to amplify your cell phone’s signal. Professional installation is NOT required since it has been designed for consumers to install themselves but do require you to mount the antenna near a roof or in attic. The signal booster will decrease the number of dropped calls and enhance such applications as sending/receiving texts, picture mail, instant messaging, internet usage from cell phone, 3G high speed data, downloading ringtones, etc.
