You are bidding on a lot of 50 new/used software items in jewel cases. We are trying to move this inventory fast so we are doing wholesale lots of these items! This Lot is a mix of titles and CAN include games, computer protection software, finance software, MAC/PC format, and other varieties. You may have some multiple copies of the same title. This is a Final Sale, Non-Returnable Item(s) for any reason.

These software items are packaged in their original jewel case, case may be damaged. These are open items and may or may not be complete items (ex. missing a disc/missing manual/missing code).

Shipping

Ø Shipping costs are posted directly in the auction ad or there is a shipping calculator in the ad to determine your shipping cost and options.

Ø Orders are shipped directly to the address listed on the payment. Shipping fees for any undeliverable packages or package recovery as well as re-shipment charges are the buyers responsibility.

Ø All orders are shipped via UPS within 2-3 business days after payment. Our business days are Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment.

Returns

Ø All of our items include a 15 day return policy unless otherwise indicated in the item description. Please contact our customer service department at service@wbdeals.com for instructions on returning or exchanging your item.

Ø A Return Request Form MUST be completed on our company website before any return or exchange will be accepted. Returned packages received without approval will not be accepted. Please email our customer service department at service@wbdeals.com for the Return Request Form.

Ø We currently do not allow for walk in returns or exchanges at our location.

Ø Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
