These software items are packaged in their original case, the case may be a box or a single jewel case(Case may be Scuffed/Damaged). These are open box items and may or may not be complete items (ex. missing a disc/missing manual/missing code) and may or may not work.

Payment

Ø Credit Card: US Visa, MC, Discover or American Express. We are only able to ship to the billing address of the credit card.

Ø Paypal: US Accounts only. Orders ship directly to the paypal approved address listed on the payment.

Shipping

Ø Shipping costs are posted directly in the auction ad or there is a shipping calculator in the ad to determine your shipping cost and options.

Ø Orders are shipped directly to the address listed on the payment. Shipping fees for any undeliverable packages or package recovery as well as re-shipment charges are the buyers responsibility.

Returns

Ø All of our items include a 15 day return policy unless otherwise indicated in the item description. Please contact our customer service department at service@wbdeals.com for instructions on returning or exchanging your item.

Ø A Return Request Form MUST be completed on our company website before any return or exchange will be accepted. Returned packages received without approval will not be accepted. Please email our customer service department at service@wbdeals.com for the Return Request Form.

Ø We currently do not allow for walk in returns or exchanges at our location.
