Shipping:

Items are shipped via Fedex Ground. Once payment clears, item(s) is/are usually shipped within 2 business days. International Shipping: Sorry we do not ship outside the United Sates. If you live outside the US please do not bid as we will not be able to ship the item.

Oversize or Heavyweight:

Oversized and/or heavy items like Racks, Line Printers, UPS Systems, etc. require freight trucking or local pickup. In these cases, the auction will list only a handling charge. The winner is responsible for all additional freight charges. We will work with the winner to arrange for pickup, shipment, and/or additional shipping payment.

• Our shipping charges are designed to include Fedex published rate-actual shipping costs, insurance and signature confirmation, and the cost of packaging the items (brand new boxes, padding, tape, labels, and our labor).

• Unless otherwise stated in the listing, all items are sold as-is. For example, if an item is mechanical or electronic, the listing will state if any warranty applies. If a warranty applies and the item is received DOA (Dead on Arrival) or if the item was not as described in the listing, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt of the item to resolve any issues.
