(1914-1918)
MORE THAN 2,000 "HI-RES" PHOTOS PACKED ONTO (1) AWESOME CD!!
During the years 1914-1918, the first of the 20th century's worldwide conflicts occurred. Measured in terms of military strength, the extent of devastation and the lasting effects on human civilization, the "Great War" could not be compared to any other war before it's time. On June 28, 1914, Archduke Ferdinand of Austria and his wife Sofia were assassinated in Sarajevo by Bosnian Serbs setting off a series of events that would eventually escalate into the massive World conflict known as World War I. Exactly five years later, on June 28, 1919, Germany and the Allied Nations signed the "Treaty of Versailles", officially ending the war and creating the League of Nations. This CD provides an uncensored pictorial of the historical people, places and devastation of the "Great War".
This incrediblecd contains over 2,000 *Actual* World War I Photographs and Images that can be printed actual size without any loss of image quality!!
