4 line 12 extension The VoicePro VP412 is a complete phone system for an office with up to four incoming lines. You can connect up to 12 phone extensions using any existing standard telephones.Each extension has its own voice mail with its own greetings. Extensions can also be forwarded to any remote phone or cell-phone, useful for remote workers. Record your own company greeting with options your callers can select from your custom menu. Callers can listen to pre-recorded announcements, they can select departments or personnel, or even dial an extension direct. Installation is easy! Connect the included wires from your phone lines to the jacks on the VoicePro. Connect up to 12 of your existing telephones to the 12 extension jacks. The Quick Start Programming section of the manual guides you with easy programming from any touch-tone phone.
System Requirements Phones: The Voice Pro uses standard analog telephones (not included).Caller ID: If you have Caller-ID service, the VoicePro will pass the name and number to your extension phones. Line Hunt/Rollover: This is recommended so the Voice Pro will be able to receive and handle multiple callers. Three-Way Calling: The VoicePro can use this phone company feature to transfer calls to other numbers. Otherwise it can still do it by using the second line. Installation and Programming Manual
We are the USA importer of the new TCL VoicePro and offer direct support. We include our own updated version of the Installation and Programming Manual that we wrote for the TCL version of the VoicePro. This manual has been revised and updated in 2011 and it has an easy-to-follow Quick Installation Guide and includes many detailed programming examples.
Return Policy and One Year Warranty If you return the complete package within 30 days of purchase, we will refund your money in full. After that you continue to be covered by our one-year warranty.
