The MARS system is a full featured VoIP PBX using the widely used asterisk open source software. It is embeddedin a 4 port router + Wi-FI and runs a Linux OS. This is an ideal and very economical platform as it provides all the hardware needed in a small, noiseless and very reliable, no moving part, embedded system.

Simply connect to your broad band modem (cable / ADSL), configure to connect to your VoIP provider, and if required, add up to 4 VoIP phones / ATAs / Soft Phones / WI-FI phones and you are ready to start sharing the Internet and VoIP resources for all the agents / users. No additional hardware is required if you use software phones running on your agents PCs.
The MARS system works with any VoIP providers that supports either the SIP or IAX2 protocols and that allows to connect with your own device.

The diagram show a system with 4 agents, using a VoIP phone as the first extension, a software phone as a second extension, an ATA with conventional phone as the third extension and a VoIP phone connected from a remote location as a fourth extension.

The MARS system offers a sophisticated automated dialer feature which can dial multiple simultaneous calls using inexpensive VoIP 'lines'. The automated dialer offer a web based interface, shown at left,that allows to configure and store several different calling campaigns, with call definition and phone number list, and to start any of the stored campaign at any time.

The system is completely autonomous and doesn't require a PC to run. Once the call campaigns have been prepared these are stored and can be launched by calling from an extension or from a browser.

If required by the your application, you can easily connect up to four extension, using software phone, voip phone, regular phones with adapters or even cordless VoIp WI-FI phones.

The system can be used as a predictive dialer that will transfer any answered call to an agent queue, where it can be answered by one of up to four agents.

The MARS system works with any VoIP providers that supports either the SIP or IAX2 protocols and that allows to connect with your own device. You can use regular Inbound / Outbound VoIP lines, or, for out calling only applications, you can use a service provider like VoIP who offer outbound only service at very low prices like VoipJet in the US and Unlimitel in Canada.

Many provider also offer "Pay as you go" accountswhich allows to place several simultaneous calls on the same account. This means that one low priced VoIP "line" is all that is required to place up to 4 simultaneous calls with the MARS system. You should make sure you read the provider terms of service before signing up ...

Prompts:
You can record you calling campaign prompts by simply calling in the system from an extension phone. You can also record high quality prompts in studio and upload them to the system.

Call Reports:
The MARS system will produce a call report for each call campaign that can be viewed in real time from your browser to follow a campaign progress. You can also have this report emailed to your email address at the end of the report.


Auto - Dialer Application Configuration

The auto dialer application can be used in many different configuration and, if required, with manyextensions types and configurations.

The diagram at left show configuration examples for different applications.

1- For an application that only calls play a message and request an acknowledgment or offer to to leave a voice mail message, no extensions are required.

2- This shows a configuration with one extension using a software phone like X-Lite. Callees are offered to talk to an agent and transfered to a call queue on request. No additional require needed in this case. A VoIP phone could also be used or even a WI-FI VoIP phones like this one.

3- This show a configuration with four extensions used for telemarketing or VoIP PBXcontact management for a small office. This example show extension using an IP Phones as ext. 200 , a sofware phone as ext. 201, a conventional phone with adapter (ATA) as ext. 202 and a voip phone connected from a remote location as extension 203. Mars Commander Software Our exclusive MARS Commander application is a Windows software thatcommunicates with the MARS system to provide a web based contact manager. with real time contact displayand asystem monitoring function for the MARS system.

Contact Manager A web based contact manager integrated with the system allows all the users of the systemdisplay and edit contact information using their favorite Web Browser. The contact information an all incoming and outgoing calls is available from any browser even before the call has started.
Our real time Contact Manager is a great business productivity tool that allows you to keep track of yourbusiness contacts.

Know exactly who is calling and get the latest contact information in real time on all the incomingcalls. Simply refresh your browser window and consult and edit the current contact information from any station on your network.
Similarly when calling a number that is in the contact DB, you get the contact info ready to consult and edit before the beginning of the call. When calling a new number, you will have the opportunity to add it to your contact database and edit the contact information for further reference.

When used with the auto dialer function, the system will display the contact form to the answering agent, allowing him to record and savethe contact information in the system database.

The contact manager also offers a one click interface to place a call to a contact from any extension.

The web based contact manager offers a universal and centralized access to any web browser on your network. No need to install any software on the agents PC since they will use their browser to access and edit the contact information. The agent can use any type of PC and OS as long as it offers a standard web browser and have access to the local network.

Sort you contact by phone number, company, last name, last contact or email address. You can mark contacts to becalled again later and have only these displayed for quick an easy follow up with your potential clients.
Load the filtered contact database phone numbers in the auto dialer and start calling.

Write detailed notes about your contacts and consult them in real time with a click in your browser, when you get a call or call a known contact.

You can also create multiple contact databases for different campaigns or projects and have the number loaded in the auto dialer.
