We install Ubuntu on our laptops as a courtesy. We do not take responsibility for incompatibilities with out operating systems. Machines shipped with ubuntu are tested and will boot to the OS screen, access a wireless or wired network depending on the network configuration and perform basic operations.

Most of our laptops do not come with chargers please check the section our specifications table marked power adapter to determine if a laptop comes with one.

Our laptops batteries are used and have been tested for functionality, but we can not guarantee the life expectancy of the battery.

Before purchasing equipment, please make sure you check the condition section of our specifications table. The Grading for our equipment is as for Full Functions, R2/Ready for Reuse:Equipment has been tested and confirmed that all primary and secondary functions of the equipment are working properly, and are ready for reuse.
Tested for Key Functions, R2/Ready for Resale:Equipment has been tested, but not all primary and/or secondary functions of the equipment are working properly, may not include all original parts item is still usable, defects will be documented under the conditions section.
