Pulled from an original \"W\" 512k Mac, not the enhanced \"E\" version. This one is fully populated, so it contains 1.5MB, bringing the 512k Mac to 2MB total RAM.The mac gave a memory error upon boot with this installed. I tried reseating it once, but it still gave an error.
Due to the way this snaps down on top of existing chips on the motherboard, its quite likely just oxidized connectors or chip pins. I didn\'t spend the time trying to clean them.Its also very possible it has a bad RAM chip. Either way, it should be a trivial repair to those that have the skill.
