***Please feel free to make any reasonable offer***For sale is a LOADED Vintage Custom Apple Macintosh Performa 6400/180 with keyboard, mouse, manual, remote control, and microphone. From the outside, it looks like any normal Macintosh Performa, beige, generally unappealing in terms of looks. However, this machine has been custom fitted with a new 8GB Samsung SSD and now has a replaceable system battery. The standard 1.6 GB hard drive has been removed in favor of a modern SSD drive that is fitted in the top bay, where you could have added an SCSI drive (original hard drive is available if you would like it, please let me know and we can work something out). The IDE to SATA conversion board is located in the main IDE hard drive area. A SATA data and power extension cable link it to the SSD. The SSD is held in with high-strength velcro, making it easy to swap for a larger drive if needed. The original IDE hard drive caddy is intact (only two small holes were drilled in order to mount the IDE/SATA adapter. Should you need to remove the adapter board, you will have to remove the side panel. With a new SSD though, you will have plenty of life. Also, the Ray-o-vac computer clock battery has been removed. In its place is a custom computer clock battery which uses 3xAAA batteries (which are replaceable). It is mounted on the PCI riser bracket and held in with velcro and tape (so it does not become dislodged during shipping). The computer also has 82MB of memory installed. There are two OS\'s installed on two equal partitions. Mac OS 7.6 and 8.6 can both be booted. No other software is installed. There is also a D-Link networking card installed as well as a USB card. It has the TV Tuner and AV Card. ***I have not tested any of the add-on cards*** Also included in the listing is the original manual, microphone, and remote control. I am also including an Apple Design Keyboard and Apple Bus Mouse II. If for whatever reason, you do not want the mouse and keyboard, you can make an offer and put in the terms to exclude the two items.
