OEM Packaging All items are donated to further our Mission in providing quality work for individuals with disabilities and other barriers. Since we may receive items in bulk in different phases, package condition may differ than one shown in images. UPC barcodes may be marked and/or cut out. Contents however will not be affected. Please keep this in mind when making your offers. Customer Service Our customer service operation runs Monday – Friday from 10am to 3pm (EST). If you are inquiring on items within these times, allow us to respond momentarily. If your question is sent during the weekend, holiday, OR after hours, please allow us the next business day to respond. All questions are to be sent via ticket system within the ShopGoodwill website. Shipping Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to leave our facility after payment has cleared. Most items are shipped within the next business day after a payment has cleared. If your item was won and/or paid during the weekend, we will ship your item within the next business day.
We only ship internationally through the Global Shipping Program. We do not accept third party shipping labels. Local Pickup Local Pickup Customers: Schedule an appointment here: Pick up appointments must be confirmed before coming to our facility.A personal ID must be presented when picking up items.
To schedule a pickup, please email us accordingly. ANY item can be optioned for pick up.We do not accept same day pick-ups under any circumstances!
If multiple appointments are scheduled and missed, your item will be considered a donation to Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont and will be relisted again for sale without notice. Payment All items must be paid online via PayPal. We do not accept physical payments on site under any circumstances. Refunds All refunds are subject to evaluation by the manager and is done so on a case by case basis. Although all items are SOLD AS IS, if there is gross misrepresentation and/or damage not stated nor seen within the listing – we will honor refunds.
