• We do our best to list our items accurately and ship them well packaged. However, problems may occur that are outside of our control. • Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from the delivery of the product. Unlike many companies we DO NOT charge a restocking fee. If you change your mind or decide it was not what you were looking for or you just don’t need the product, please contact us and let us know. Once we get the product back we will inspect the unit and verify it is the same product sent out and it is complete, we will then issue you a full refund. When sending an item back please make sure to include the original box (if applicable), and everything that the product came with.
• Damage Claims - We insure all of the items we ship. If your item is damaged in transit, you must notify us immediately so we can start a shipping claim. Please keep all of the original packaging. You may need to cooperate with the shipping company to have the package picked up. It may take up to 7 business days for the shipping company to contact you. Please allow time for the inspection of the packaging. Refunds are issued once we receive the damaged product back.
