We ship only to the valid address on file with Paypal. For security reasons, we are unable to alter the addres or redirect the package after payment has been made.

Signature Required

APO/Military Addresses
We will ship to military addresses, as long as they are smaller than a computer. We do not ship computers or TV’s to APO/Military addresses
Returned To Sender
Carrier will make 3 separate delivery attempts in a row before returning the package to us. In the event of 3 failed attempts, you will be refunded LESS THE SHIPPING FEES BOTH WAYS.
Turnaround Time
99% of orders ship the same or following business day after you pay. If you pay on Friday, it ships on Monday.

Returns

Returns for an exchange are not assessed a restocking fee.

Damaged In Shipping: All orders are shipped fully insured. In the unlikely event your item was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately and retain all packaging. A claim will be initiated and you will have a choice to have a reship or a refund.
