Refunds / Returns

If a suitable replacement is not available then we will refund the money once we receive and confirm the condition of the unit. If an item is returned to us due to no error on our part and we can confirm that it is exactly as we described it, then we reserve the right to refund the purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs.
