This is a USED Motorola SURFboard SB5120 Cable Modem. I've had it since 2005 and it's worked well. I would still be using it but I went with a provider that didn't require a modem. This auction is on for the modem and the power cable. There is NO CD and network cable include. You shouldn't need the CD because I didn't use it to hook it up to my computer. A new cable modem in stores is $80. You can save and buy this used. All sales are final and the item is sold as is. It was functioning properly when I recently used it.
