Payment - We accept payment by PayPal only. Items paid by E-check will be held until the E-check is cleared.
Shipping Address - We ship to most countries worldwide with one flat rate. However we reserve the right to not ship to certain countries with problem experience.
- Our shipping system is automated to use the address you registered with PayPal. Please verify your address at PayPal before making payment.
- If you want delivery to another address or recipient, please be sure to contact us (through email) and obtain our confirmation BEFORE payment. Otherwise the item will be sent to you and your address with PayPal automatically.
- We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect or incomplete address provided to us.
- Due to technical reason, we may be unable to ship to addresses that cannot be properly printed in English-based computer systems.
Shipping Origin - Items are shipped out from our warehouse in Hong Kong. There is no local pick up.
Delivery - Items will be shipped out using Hong Kong Post air-mail within 7 days after we receive cleared payment.
- We will send a confirmation to your email account registered with PayPal within 3 days after your item has been sent out.
- It normally takes 2 weeks to arrive but may occasionally take longer depending on your location, any postal delay, and customs clearance.
- To allow for occasional delay in postal service, please wait for 30 days before asking us for a refund.
- We are not responsible for import duties, tariffs, or customs clearance. However this is usually not a problem for packages of small value.
- Hong Kong Post does not provide tracking information for regular air mail. The cost of using a courier for international shipping is over $20 and is hardly justifiable for the small items we are selling.
When there is a Problem - Please talk to us first instead of giving a negative feedback. We can turn it into a happy ending.
- We are nice to reasonable people and will try our best to resolve problems to your satisfaction.
- So far all customers who have talked to us have come away satisfied.
Defective or Wrong Item - If the item is not working upon arrival, please contact us with a description of the problem. We will assess the situation and suggest a solution.
- In the rare event that you receive a wrong item (not as described), please let us know with a description of the model you received (a photo will be perfect) and we will resend the correct one.
Return - All sales are final. We do not accept return unless it is a wrong or defective item.
- Our products are sold for their functionality; slight variation in appearance is not an acceptable reason for return.
- Always contact us before returning an item or leaving a negative feedback. Although it is a standard practice to return a wrong or defective item on customer's expense for a refund or replacement, we do not always require that if you do not rush to give us a negative feedback but instead let us know what's happening and help us understand and confirm the problem.
Cancellation - If occasionally you purchase our products in error, or you change your mind BEFORE payment, please notify us and we have no problem canceling the transaction. However, once your item has been shipped, which may happen any time after your payment, there's no way we can recall it.
Feedback - We will appreciate it if you could give us feedback after receiving our product.
- We will give our feedback when you acknowledge receipt of our products (through your feedback) indicating the completion of the transaction.
- If you are dissatisfied, please give us a chance to put things right by communicating to us first before giving a negative feedback.
Order Acceptance - We reserve the right to not accept orders from accounts and not ship to addresses with previous dissatisfaction, dispute, mail-lost, or damaged-in-shipment experiences due to no fault of our own.
Limit of Liability - Our liability for failure to meet our responsibility of the sale (unable to deliver the purchased product free of defects) is limited to the refund of all the money we have received in the sale. We are not responsible for consequential losses.

- So far all problems referred to us have been resolved with the customer satisfied. The only two negative feedbacks we have received so far came from customers who did not let us know of the problem for a resolution before giving the feedback.
