Bidder Requirements:

If your feedback rating is less than five (5), please email us at feedback@bizauctions.com or contact us at (800) 961-2502 during normal business hours for permission to participate in bidding on our auctions. If we have not received your request your bid(s) will be canceled.

Non Paying Bidders Policy:

We charge a restocking fee of10% ($10 minimum up to $75.00 maximum) to all non-paying bidders for the lost sale and associated fees that we incur as the result of a non-completed transaction.

Condition Rating:

We offer this rating to better your decision in bidding on our auctions. In inspecting each item we use the following key:

• NEW, NIB, NWT - An item with this rating is new, unusedandcomes withthe original packaging, box, or tags
• LIKE NEW - This rating is for items that are used but are comparable to new, showing no blemishes or marks
• EXCELLENT - This rating means that this item is used though looks new and may have one or two hardly noticeable, minor blemishes
• GOOD - Thisrating isfor items that are used and may show signs of average use showing light scratches and wear from typical use. These items may have one or two additional blemishes that will be specifically stated in the listing
• FAIR- A rating offair means that this item shows signs of "more than normal use", have multiple blemishes, and/or a part may be broken that does not effect the normal function of the unit.
• POOR - This rating is for those items that may have difficulty functioning due to the condition or could be falling apart. These items generally have value for the internal parts or accessories.

Payment:

Checkout and payment must be completed within3 business days of the auction closing. If payment is not received within this time period, we reserve the right to re-list this item and file a Non-Paying Bidder alertwith eBay.

All Local Pick-up ordersand allshipments with a California destination will be charged 7.75% sales tax during checkout.

All local pick-up orders must be called in by 5pmthe day before the pick-up.

Items must be claimed within 5 days of auction close. After 5 days BusinessAuctions Inc. reserves the right to assess a $5 per day Storage Fee until the item is claimed, or relist the item(s) for sale.

There is an additional $5 pick up charge PER ITEM.

Personal Checks are not an accepted method of payment for Local Pick-up orders.

Insurance:

Insurance is optionalat acostof$1.00 per $100.00 up to the purchase price of the item(s).

Shipping:We ship tothe United States only

Cost of shippingmay vary if two or more items are purchased from our auctions. Our combined shipping discount is applied after charging the regular shipping rate for the item which costs the most to ship and then each additional item is 50% off the listed shipping rate. Please note that this only applies to combined orders that can be packaged and shipped in a non-oversized box. If you have any questions regarding the shipping discount or are unsure if multiple items qualify, please contact us for a quote. Shipping charges include insurance of up to $100 (depending on item value). Buyers in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Ricoplease e-mail for a quote as there will beadditional shipping charges for these deliveries.

Due to Postal restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We ship to physical addresses only.

PayPal users, please be advised we ship to confirmed addresses only.

Feedback Policy:

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us prior to leaving feedback so that we have an opportunity to correct it. If you have not received an answer to your email, please feel free to contact us by phone during our business hours. Please be aware that we will only continue to do business and/or correct any problems with buyers who leave positive feedback. Buyers who leave neutral and negative feedback without giving us an opportunity to correct the problem will be blocked from future purchases.

Return Policy:

Unless stated otherwise, all items are sold AS-IS. We accept returns only if the item was not as described in the auction. Buyer must return the item within 10 days and is responsible for all return shipping costs. Electronic, electric and mechanical items do not come with any expressed warranty from BusinessAuctions Inc.
