Texas Instruments TI99/4A Personal Home Computer [1981] For sale is this Texas Instruments TI99/4A Home Computer from the 1980s.
The TI/994A was the successor to the TI99/4 and was the first personal computer to feature a 16-Bit CPU, the TMS9900 which ran at 3 Mhz.
This particular computer is in good condition for its age and it does power on. Because this is an Australian/European version it has component (YPbPr) video output and mono audio only.
The computer does work, and loads to its start screen and basic. However it appears the colours are a bit off as you cannot see yellow. As we are unsure if this is a fault with the cable or the computer it is sold AS IS. Please see pictures below for reference.
