Return Policy:Manufacturer will gladly repair or replace, at the Manufactures descretion, any in-warranty product that proves to be defective.

Credits: A full credit will be issued for returned goods only only for those returns that are a result od misshipments by the factory. A twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are a result of customer overstock or misorder. Acceptance of a return for overstock is at the descreation of Telecom Warehouse Direct. In either case, the factory must received returned products within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging and in full salable condition.

Custom Orders: Orders for custom products are Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable.

Return Authorization Procedure: Call Telecom Warehouse Direct for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) numbers. Write your reason for return on original packing slips and enclose it with the product being returned. Clearly indicate the RMA number on the outside of the package. Items without MA numbers will be refused by theourreceiving department. All returned items must be shipped prepaid.
