No coolers/brackets included. Comes with 2 x X5650s & Motherboard only.(I/O shield included, but it has been painted white. Still functions normally)Used this for a server build at home and don\'t need it anymore.
**Note: I inserted 12 sticks of 4GB RAM and only 40GB was registered.Not sure if that was RAM\'s fault or Mobos fault, but after reinserting sticks & cleaning slots with airI could get all 48GB showing -- problem seemed to be intermittent.
