Units may show minor cosmetic issues that do not affect the performance of the unit.
Batteries are used and are NOT covered under warranty.
Unless otherwise stated, our auctions do NOT include manuals, driver, system setup software or an OS.

Merrimak Warranty and Support
Unless otherwise stated, Merrimak Capital Company LLC provides a 30 day refund/replacement warranty on this item from the date of product receipt.
If item is listed with 'AS-IS' and/or 'No Warranty', then there will be no support or returns for the product.
Please see condition notes describing the condition of this pre-owned item.
Merrimak does not offer technical support for any items.
Buyer is responsible for proper set-up and software/driver installation where necessary.

Merrimak Sales Policy
Winning bidder notification with payment instructions will be sent to the buyer within 24 hours following the close of auction.
Merrimak accepts PayPal, credit cards and money orders if your feedback score is 5 or higher and you have no negative feedback. If you have fewer than 5 feedbacks, we may require cashiers check or other certified funds. Personal checks are accepted but we we will hold the item until payment clears.
Buyers are required to provide payment within 5 days after auction close.
Late payments may result in order cancellation and / or negative feedback to the bidder.
Please allow 2-4 days from payment received date for order to be shipped.

All items are shipped via UPS ground unless stated otherwise. Larger items may be shipped by truck on a pallet.

Merrimak Return Policy
Return authorization is required for defective product returns. Please contact Merrimak for an RMA.
If item is listed with 'AS-IS' and/or 'No Warranty', then there will be no support or returns for the product.
If item is damaged in shipping, we are NOT responsible and will NOT accept returns or provide a refund if items are damaged in shipping.
Please contact the Carrier (e.g.: UPS) IMMEDIATELY if the product is damaged in transit.
Keep all packing materials until you are completely satisfied with items.
All sales are final and subject to eBay policies.
Refunds are only provided if a product is deemed defective AND a replacement is not available.
