This system is listed \"AS IS\" for parts or repair use only. Any included battery or batteries are untested unless otherwise stated and may have little or no capacity to hold a charge.

Condition

The body of the casing is in good condition except for some scratches on the underside. Some of the edge casing is not completely snapped in and will require a little work to get it to fit properly. This can maybe be done when the buyer installs a new HDD and RAM (see photos.)
We do not have the correct power adapter to power on and test this computer. We do not know if anything on this unit actually works. Therefore, this unit is being sold \"AS-IS\" for parts and\\or repair. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
Although we cannot tell if it is actually functional, the touchscreen is physically in excellent condition.

Returns

Returns and/or refunds are not offered for items listed as \"AS-IS\" or Parts & Repair. The exceptions for this policy are:

If the item is not as described in the listing
If we accidentally send you the wrong item

To return an item due to these reasons, please contact us within 14 days after the delivery of the item with the reason for return.

Buyers returning an item must ship the item within 5 business days after receiving a shipping label.

The item must be returned in the original packaging, properly repacked, and in its original condition.

Any significant changes or tampering of the item making it impossible for us to resell it at its original selling price will VOID any refund.

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the return has been received and confirmed with the stated issue. Refunds are issued through PayPal only.

Shipping

This item will be shipped using FedEx Ground / Home Delivery.

All international shipments will be sent through \'s Global Shipping Program. We are unable to offer other international options at this time.

We also offer local pickup. The item must be picked up within three business days of payment, after which the item will be refunded and relisted.

On rare occasions, if an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately to allow us to open a damage claim with the shipping service. We will then reply back to the message and may request photos of the damage.
