All items will have a $2.00 Fee for packaging & Handling. Items are shipped via FedEx ground except items shipped to P.O. boxes or internationally which are sent via USPS. We must offer UPS but we ship FedEx because Ebay's software will not allow us to include FedEx in the Shipping area, they have a contract with UPS. The winning bidder will be charged shipping and handling, if fees are listed. Insurance may be added to the cost of shipping based on the final value of the item(s). Next day and Express delivery is available for an additional fee. We will ship International. Shipping fee is charged to winning bidder as well as customs/duties/taxes and or broker fees. International shipments will be shipped to winning bidders Ebay address only. If you would like to use your own shipping account we would be glad to accommodate you, but we will add a small fee for packaging and handling. If you have any shipping questions please e-mail shipping@westechrecyclers.com. Local pickups, we charge $5.00 handling fee and 8.3% sales tax. International packages may have a customs fee.

Return Policy We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We encourage you to email us with any questions prior to bidding rather then after you receive the product. Most items are power tested only and "SOLD AS IS", no warranty. If your item has a warranty and arrives "not as described", please notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item. We will provide you with a Return number and packaging instructions. If the item is found to be "as described", we will impose a 10% restocking fee, shipping/handling will not be refunded.
