Damaged/Lost Items
In the event of damaged or lost items, you must contact our office to communicate damage or loss and we will initiate the claim process with the appropriate carrier(Fedex, USPS, etc.)

International buyers
We do not send gifts, and all packages are insured for value of purchase. We only ship trackable and insurable methods. Buyer is responsible for any & all Customs & Duty fees.

Payment
We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Cash. Payment is expected within 10 days of sale closing. We reserve the right to re-list or sell to the second highest buyer if the winning buyer has not made payment within 10 days of the sale closing.

The shipping cost is for the lower 48 states only. International buyers, and those in Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, should contact us for a shipping quote. Orders are ground shipped within 24 hours of payment being received, except on weekends and holidays. FedEx is our standard shipping method. Insurance is required on all orders.

Returns
All items are guaranteed for 60 days unless otherwise stated. Should you need to return your item for any reason, please send us an email us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. The shipping label will be generated for the original address Natural Evolution shipped to. If the buyer shipped the item outside of the US after purchase it is the buyers responsibility to either ship back to NEI or ship back to original delivery destination.
