Testing

· If a Laptop, the battery in this unit has been tested to hold a charge for a minimum of one half hour.

· All ports have been tested to pass key functions

· Optical drive functions

· If a hard drive is included it has been tested

Pictures

· We try very hard to accurately represent the technology listed however when we have many units to list we are unable to take individual pictures of every one.

· If you have any questions as to a picture being a stock photo or the actual unit being listed, please ask.

Shipping:

· We do our best to ship all items within one business day after payment has been made. Shipping of lots greater than 10 units may take 2 business days. However, we do not ship on weekends and most holidays.

· Most items ship via UPS unless special shipping arrangements are made. If faster shipping is required please feel free to contact us for a priority shipping quote. Payment of shipping costs includes insurance.

· We only ship to the contiguous United States. This means we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Payments:

· PayPal is the preferred method of payment.

Sales Tax

· Our parent company is licensed in all of the lower 48 States hence we must charge sales tax

Returns:

· Our original shipping costs will not be refunded on any item including free shipping items and the cost will be deducted from returns, no exceptions.

· Unless specifically stated, all items are used

· New items will specify new in the title and in the body of the sale

· Logista R3 reserves the right to replace a broken item first. If we cannot replace an item, we will refund your purchase price. We always test returned products. If a returned item is in working condition and not DOA, a 15% restocking fee will apply

· Please allow 2 business days after goods are received for refunds to be processed. Refunds will be made through PayPal.

· If there is nothing wrong with an item and you do not want the item, we reserve the right to apply a 15% re-stocking fee. All items returned for refund must be in sellable condition, with all original packing.

· Buyers are responsible for the return postage of an unwanted item.

Warranty:

· All items carry a 30 day DOA warranty. Listings that have the condition “As Is” or “Parts Only” carry no warranty. Items are guaranteed to arrive in the condition described. You must contact Logista R3 within 30 days of shipping for returns. No Exceptions.
