Domestic & International Shipping

Standard Flat Rate shipping: $5.60 for first pack + $2.50 for each additional pack.

All packages are dropped by USPS office twice a day once shipping label is printed, at noon and before 5:00 PM local time but never over 24 hours even if you see message similar to the following by tracking your package on USPS website:

In most cases we ship same day if payment is received before 4:00 PM Central Time.

Warranty & Returns

• Warranty of 90 days apply to all items unless otherwise specified under item description.

• Warranty period starts from the day the item is received.
• If item is determined to be defected and/or have any problems, we will ship replacement by UPS ground service. If expedited shipping is required, buyer must pay the difference in shipping cost unless we choose to ship otherwise.
• All returns must have RMA number which will be provided upon request.
• If item can not be replaced, refund will be issued in same way payment was received with in 7-10 days.
• We are not responsible for customer lack of experience in installing or purchasing any item nor we guarantee compatibility.
• We provide support as best as possible but will not guarantee it. CCIE certified on staff.
• If any item is returned and found to be in working condition, we will impose a 17% restocking fee.

• All items returned must be in same condition they were shipped. We always double box items shipped and post shipping label on outer box so we expect to receive them back same way. Please no labels on item's original factory box or else it will be considered as used return.

Payment Terms

• Please include company name when making payment if item is to be shipped to business address to help us ship faster.

• Automated eBay invoice will be sent to buyers immediately after purchase or close of auction. if purchasing from 2 or more of our auctions at same time, please wait for a combined invoice from us before you make payment. If by any chance you manage to combine items on your own and pay by mistake more than you should, rest assured you will get a refund back of the access amount.

• We accept and prefer paypal, all major credit cards through paypal. money order, cashiers check, wire transfer if more than $500. personal check and company check held for clearance unless buyer with good feedback. We also accept Visa & Master card by phone only for USA buyers.
• Buyer must contact us to arrange for payment with in 3 days of close of auction.
• Payment must be received within 7 days of close of auction. If after 7 days we have not received payment we will notify ebay of a non paying bidder, and we reserve the right to resell the item.
• Buyer must notify us by email or phone if mailing in check or money order.
