We will offer an exchange of same laptop ONLY IF your laptop arrive as DOA(Death On Arrival) AND you notify us within 3(three) days from receive of item(based on tracking). Buyer will pay prepaid return shipping cost. If we no longer have same exact laptop in stock, we will refund your payment after buyer agreed with unpaid item w/ mutual agreement claim.

We have recorded all Serial Number and Service Tag# for every laptop we sell. So please do not attempt to return/exchange something that we do not ship.
