I purhcased this on Amazon based on a recommendation from Dell, but once I got the product I called back to Dell to reconfirm the processor was the correct model for my PC and was told it was not. I opened the box to inspect the processor but it was never removed form the plastic casing. The box was factory sealed when I received it.

Intel offers a three-year limited warranty on the proceesor. Pack Date on box is 02/05/08.
