For auction: Twenty Compaq Proliant DL320 1u rackmount servers. Each server includes 512MB of memory and an 800MHz processor. All servers are installed in a Compaq 9142 42u 19" rack with two side panels. Includes a rackmount keyboard, mouse, and monitor. Three KVM switches are included with a nearly full compliment of KVM cables. Enough PDUs and power cords are mounted to run the entire rack. The servers include no drives. All items removed from a single working environment.

Shipping, regional delivery, and local pickup are available. Please see below for details.

Please note that due to the nature of this item, special care will have to be taken in order to ship the cabinet assembled as shown. Reasonable efforts will be made to ship the cabinet as soon as possible, but it will take some time to prepare.

Shipping Information:

Shipping rates are affected by a variety of factors. Please click the button below and fill out the brief form. The shipping rate you receive will be our cost to ship. Unless specifically requested, quoted rates do not include insurance. We will not accept liability for damaged shipments if uninsured. After completing the form, you will be returned to this page.

Items will be shipped as soon as possible, but sometimes may take up to 5 business days. Also, if you are considering purchasing more than one pallet or item, please note that shipping rates on a per-unit basis are significantly reduced for multiple items vs. single item shipments (that is, as the number of pallets in a shipment increases, the cost to ship each pallet decreases). If you would like to request a shipping quote for multiple items, please note those auction numbers in the notes field.

There is no additional charge if you prefer to use your own courier, the required information has been included for your (and our) convienence. A completed BOL is required, and may be faxed or emailed to us. Pickups may only be scheduled with prior approval, as we have only one dock and limited manpower. Unscheduled or unannounced pickups will be refused. Please note, all payment and shipping requirements (primarily with PayPal) remain in effect.

As per the options provided when requesting rate quotes, items may also be held at the destination terminal for pickup. (reduces cost when extra services may otherwise be required)

Local Pickup:

Local pickup and payment are available at no charge, however arrangements must be made via e-mail and at least 24 hours in advance. We can be flexible, but items absolutely wont' be available for pickup without an appointment. Items must be paid for and picked up within 7 days or they may be relisted, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon. Please bring a printed copy of your winning bidder notification or PayPal receipt as proof of purchase. If using PayPal, please submit payment after requesting an invoice to avoid shipping charges.

Shipping:

The following requirements supercede any conflicting requirements for this auction. International shipping is available under the following conditions:

• buyer makes ALL shipping arrangements
• buyer completes all necessary paperwork
• buyer must provide us (by fax or email) with a completed Bill of Lading
• buyer coordinates with seller a date and time for pickup
• PayPal or Credit Card payments will not be accepted under any circumstances. No exceptions. (Primarily because your addresses cannot be verified) Additional payment options not specified in this auction are available upon request.

Warranty Information:

No warranties are provided, except as explicitly stated above in the auction description. Any items which include a DOA warranty and arrive DOA will be issued a refund after the merchandise is returned to us, and its status verified. In most cases we will request detailed pictures and/or information before approving an RMA. Any damage resulting from, or appearing to be the result of misuse or maltreatment of the product will void the warranty. False or exaggerated claims will not be honored. We record serial numbers. PayPal policy dictates that the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges (eBay has no such policy). However, in the interest of providing excellent customer service a pre-paid shipping label may, in many cases, be provided at no cost to you. It is solely YOUR responsibility to securly pack items you are returning to us.
