Policy

Payment and Checkout
We accept payment through PayPal, and credit cards through PayPal.
You must use the checkout link provided at the end of the auction or the checkout link provided within the invoice.

Payment must be received within seven (7) days, DP's Electronics reserves the right to reverse payments received after the seventh day.



Shipping and Handling
We only ship to United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Canada.
We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Please arrange beforehand if you have an APO address.

Warranty and Returns

Warranty In Store A 14 day return policy against DOA (Dead On Arrival) for all purchase unless stated otherwise. Square Trade Optional warranty provided for all purchases

Please request for an RMA number here, RMA number must be written outside of the shipping box, and not on the retail box.
Any returns without RMA number (outside of shipping box) or any authorization may render the package lost (shipping and receiving department will not be able to determine the destination of the package)
Buyer agrees to cover all shipping returns, no exceptions.
