The unit has been tested. Hard drives and other accessories are sold separately. This unit uses a standard 3-pin power cord (like that used for PCs) that is NOT included. It ships with hard drives. The keys to the hard drive trays are NOT included. The cooling fans in the back of the storage will need to be replaced.
