This KX-TG4000B (Base unit) and KX-TGA400B have been treated well. I've had them for about 2 years and used them for about a year when I had my own architecture business. The power cords for both units have been misplaced and therefore, they are not included with this sale. Universal AC adaptors can be purchased at your local radio shack for around $10-$15Occassionally, a mild static is noticeable on thehandset. Also included is the user's manual. It's a large manual and I've printed it out with double sided pages.
