Penn Elcom R0828/14 is a premium quality full hole 19" rack rail used by musical instrument, pro audio, and case manufacturers. Penn Elcom R0828/14 is made from thicker steel and features full hole spacing that meets EIA standards for 19" rack mounting. The finish is black powder coat which is more durable than paint. We buy in bulk so we can sell you original first quality products for the same price you would normally pay for economy grade hardware.
