Both of these pieces show some light scuffs, from normal use, but no damage, or signs of excessive wear. The nine volt battery in the tracer was quite badly corroded, and I had to replace the battery terminal, and do some minor clean-up. After installing a newbattery, it generates a tone, which is amplified by the probe tool, and the LED lights up for both tone and continuity.

Shipping will be USPS parcel post or priority mail to any US destination. I will combine shipping whenever possible - please notify me if you intend to bid on another of my items.NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- please don't ask.

If you use Paypal, and your shipping address is unconfirmed, please expect to be contacted for verification, before shipping. There are many legitimate reasons for a shipping address to be unconfirmed, and all I ask for is a brief eMail reply.
As for shipping, I use USPS weigh the item, round off to the next pound, and add a pound for packaging, or I offer flat rate shipping, if applicable. In some cases I have lost money on shipping, and other times I have upgraded the buyers choice, but in no case, will you pay more than what was specified on my listing. I take pride in my packing, and insurance is seldom neccessary, but it is an option.
I use Paypal shipping service and Paypal always sends shipping notices to the sender and the buyer's Paypal email address. If you don't receive a shipping notice within 24 hrs. of paypal payment, check your spam filter, blocked items folder.
I always leave feedback when the transactionis complete. That is, when you, the buyer,receive your item and are satisfied. You are the first one to know this,and the feedback system is a convenient way to let me know that our transaction is complete. I appreciate your positive feedback, and I will make note of that in my return feedback.

Progressive Electronics, Mesa, Ariz., recently changed its name to Tempo-Mesa. In 1999, the telephone test set and probe manufacturer was acquired by Textron Inc. (www.textron.com), Providence, R.I., and it now operates under the name of its parent company, Tempo (www.tempo.textron.com).

According to the company, equipment under its Progessive brand name will transition to the Tempo brand name and label in the coming months. -
