The calculated shipping rate is only for SINGLE ITEMS weighing less than 150 lbs. Items larger than 150 lbs. must be sent via freight carrier. Please contact us for shipping rates on freight items.

Question: The checkout system doesn't seem to work, how do I pay?

Answer: In the event that our checkout system is experiencing problems please send a message through eBay or send an e-mail to compusalvage@gmail.com make sure to reference the eBay item number in the message or e-mail. Please DO NOT simply just pay for the item through PayPal withou informing us.

Question: The item arrived damaged, what do I do?

Answer: If you notice the damage upon arrival, you may refuse the shipment. Contact us immediately at (918) 459-0836. If you didn't notice the damage until you inspected the item, save all the packaging material and contact us via e-mail, we will start the claims process with the carrier. Expect to surrender the item to the carrier for their inspection.

Question: Do you offer discounts on combined shipping?

Answer: No. We use UPS exclusively for shipping. UPS has a weight limit of 150 lbs. per shipment. We sell many very large and heavy objects. By offering combined shipping these heavy items could cause the weight per shipment to exceed the 150 lb. limit.

Answer: We strive to get items out the day after they are paid for. Sometimes we hit delays due to the volume of orders being processed or inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances. Barring complications your order will ship within 1 - 3 BUSINESS DAYS of us receiving payment.

Question: Can you lower the shipping price?

Answer: No. For items under 150 lbs. the shipping price is determined by an automated process through UPS. For items over 150 lbs. we must contact the freight carrier to get a quote based on your ZIP code. This shipping price is the price we must pay to UPS or the freight carrier in order to ship your order. The only addition to this shipping price is a modest handling charge in order to cover our cost for packing materials.
Warranty Terms

Items sold with a 30 day warranty are guaranteed to work for 30 days from the actual date of delivery. If an item is defective email us using the "Ask Seller A Question" form found on the item listing.

We will repair, replace or issue a refund for the item at OUR discretion. If the item needs to be returned to us, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We will cover the shipping for getting the repaired or replacement item back to you.

You must first apply for a Return Material Authorization before shipping an item back to us. The RMA application process can be started from rma.kyozou.com.

We do not warranty consumables such as ink, toner cartridges, inkjet printheads or batteries unless they are sold as new or like-new.

All warranties are void in the event of abuse, misuse, or user incompetence.

Shipping damage is not a warranty issue, it is a shipping issue and will be handled as such.

Inkjet printers have a reservoir that collects ink. Ink may leak out during shipment, this is normal. Please open your package carefully. If an ink mess is discovered, item can be cleaned with spray cleaner and paper towels.

Dot matrix/impact printers are operational as far as our testing process. Test pages were printed from the single sheet feed and tractor feed. These are used non-refurbished printers. We do not guarantee any warranty on said printers due to their age.
