Shipping Terms

US Bidders

1. The winning Bidder agrees to pay for shipping and handling.

2. Item will be shipped after payment clears, Monday-Friday (Excluding holidays).

3. Multiple items purchased on the SAME DAY may be combined to save on shipping. If you are interested in purchasing multiple items, please contact us to see if your items are eligible for a shipping discount.

International Bidders

1. We will ship internationally. The winning Bidder agrees to pay for shipping and handling.

2. Insurance is OPTIONAL. Insurance is provided by a third party company, therefore we do not declare the full value of the item on customs forms. This is done to protect against postal theft.

3. We are not responsible for lost un-insured packages.

Return Policy

1. If item arrives non-functional or defective, you must contact us within 3 days for an excahnge and we will send you a BRAND NEW replacement.

2. Buyer must contact seller for RMA authorization before returning an item.

3. Incorrect items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in order to receive the exchange.

4. The returned item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization.
