THIS IS ONE OF THE REAL CLASSIC AMIGA GAMES OF ALL TIMES!HIGHLY ADDICTIVEObliterator is a side-scrollingarcade adventure computer game published by Psygnosis in 1988. It was releasedfor Amiga, Atari ST, ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, and MS-DOS. The game wasprogrammed by David H. Lawson and its graphics were made by Garvan Corbett andJim Ray Bowers. The soundtrack was composed by David Whittaker and the coverart is by the artist Roger Dean.

The control method is identical to that of Barbarianwhich was published the previous year.

The game begins when the main characterDrakis teleported into thealien spaceship that is approaching the earth. The objective of the game is todestroy the spaceship by finding certain objects from the ship. When theself-destruction is active, Drak has to find an escape shuttle before thespaceship blows up in order to survive.
