We will ship internationally via USPS but please allow 1-2 days to get shipment out.

We ship product the same day as payment is received within normal business hours (M-F 9-6pm EST). Payment must be received within 3 days of auction end or else equipment will be relisted.

If any defects are found in the equipment within the 90 day warranty period- please contact us immediately and an RMA will be issued. We do offer advanced replacement but an invoice will be issued for the replacement equipment and will be credited upon the arrival of the defective unit. Our Fed-Ex or UPS account # can be given for this return. All unwanteditemsmay be returned with a 15% restocking fee applied.
