Overview:

• 34007-S SPEX-HOT SWAP NET MODULE (This module isdesigned to Install inside the Nortel Access Stack Node(ASN-2 chassis AF0002Exx)and is used to stack up to four chassis together)

• 7166 SPEX-HOT SWAP CABLE

• This cable is intended for use with an ASN stack package exchange hot-swap net module. The SPEX-HS net module and cable combine to interconnect ASN stack to be removed from or added to the stack, without affecting the operation of the remaining units in the stack. The cable has 4 68-pin connectors and forms a bus interconnecting from 2 to 4 ASN units. Using an extra cable provides redundancy and gigher bandwidth. The SPEX-HS net module operates the interconnect bus at 256Mbps. When 2 SPEX-HS cables are used, the effective speed of the SPEX-HS is 512Mbps.
