This is a new, fully working Netgear USB 2.0 Fast Ethernet Adapter. It is ideal for connecting TiVos to your home network, and this is what I purchased it for a few years ago, but I never got around to modifying my TiVo, so it has just sat around for a few years still in its shrinkwrapped box.
