Shipping

Shipping Method:
EPC primarily uses UPS or USPS to ship items purchased from our items. Though your invoice may show Standard Shipping, we ultimately reserve the right to ship by our preferred courier (usually the most cost effective while maintaining our deadline).
If you would like to request a specific shipping service, please contact us prior to purchase for approval. Special request cases may incur additional charges.
Signature required for delivery of Orders+Shipping over $500.

Customer Provided Postage:
We are able to ship onyourFedEx or UPS Account.
Additionally, if you would like tosubmit apre-paid label, wewill accept FedEx, UPS, or USPS labels.
Please contact us prior to purchase to submit your label or account details.

Expedited Shipping Services and Same Day Shipping:
Expedited Shipping Services and Same Day Shipping are available by special request only, on a case-by-case basis.
For Expedited Shipping options and fees, please contact us for approval prior to purchase.
All special requestorders must be arranged and paid for by 12:30PM Central Time.
All orders paid after 12:30PM Central Time will ship the following business day, regardless of any special arrangements.

International Buyers:
International Buyerswill be subject to the terms and conditions of the Global Shipping Program (GSP). EPC will ship orders purchased by international buyers to the Global Shipping Hub, where they will be forwarded to whichever international address has been provided by the buyer.

What\'s Covered Under Warranty?
Warrantycoverage is for all hardware, hardware components,and softwareincluded with the original sale.
Software pre-installed at time of purchase will be covered for initial 30 Days ONLY. All other software installed post-sale (not included/installed at time of sale) will not be covered under warranty. Software/Data Recovery is not covered under Warranty.
NOTE: When configuring your system for first use, please ensure that all backup and recovery files are created in the event that your software is compromised.

Repairs:
In the event that repairs are sought without a return, estimates for all repair and service costs must be submitted to the EPC, inc. accounting department for approval BEFORE proceeding with repairs (please contact us for details).
Any repair/service cost summary submitted without prior approval from the EPC, inc. accounting department may be denied as part of the warranty procedure, and may not be reimbursed.
Additional Warranty Information:
All returns are subject to authorization from EPC, inc., and require an RMA number. Returns for refund may be assessed a restocking fee. Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of refund.
Global Shipping Program(GSP):
All International Sales purchased via the Global Shipping Program (GSP) will be subject to the GSP Return Policy, which may differ from the warranty described above.
NON-Shipping Distributors/MailForwarding Services:
EPC, inc.does not authorize the use of Shipping Distributors/Mail Forwarding Services (other than the GSP), due to a strictEXPORT policy.
