What is Master Phone system?

Master phone system 416, is a small advanced PBX (Private branch exchange), which take your 4 (four) in bound phone lines, and you can use up to 16 (sixteen) phone extensions. Each of the extension can use all the 4 in bound phone lines resources. The system comes with auto attendant feature, you can record your own welcome message, and just like you have a professional receiptionist for your business.

With Master Phone system, you can freely make calls between the extensions without taking any your In bound phone -lines resources. This feature is great when you making calls between rooms in your office, and especially useful when you're running office and warehouse facility.

And best of all, Master phone system (MT-416) have INPUT music feature, which allow you play your own music and pipe into the Master Phone system.

When the caller is on hold, they will hear whatever you're playing. You can play your company's advertisement or your favourite music......

How it works?

Unlike other complicated phone system, they need SPECIAL PHONE SETs and their TECHNICIAN to setup.

Master Phone system simply uses your existing regular phone sets and within the following three simply STEPS, and you're ready to work with our phone system.

1. Unplug phone cord on your existing PHONE from the wall phone jack.

2. Using the included phone cord (about 15ft long), connect from the wall phone jack to L1 on your Master Phone system.

** If you have more than one phone lines in your ofice, please connect the rest Phone lines (from your phone company) from the wall phone jack to L2, L3, L4 on your Master Phone system.

Note: You dont need to have 4 phone lines to use Master Phone line system, one phone line is OK.

3. We are almost there. Right now connect your exist PHONE sets to one of the 16 extension Port and you're ready to dial.

** You can use any type of regular phone set, as long as it works when you plug them directly into the wall phone jack.

How to INPUT your own music?

When you place a caller on hold, the caller will hear the bulit-in music while on-hold.
You can also INPUT your own music into Master Phone System, so the caller will hear what you're playing instead of the built-in music.

Here steps:
1. Find out the headphone or speak output on your MP3 or Radio, or PC computer, it normally like this with headphone signs on it.


2. On the back of the Master Phone system, you will find out the simliar INPUT as this:


3. Use the mini Stereo audio cable connect between your own music device and Master Phone, you all set.

Now, when the caller is on-hold, he/she will hear what you're playing..... Amazing...

The Mini Stereo audio cable is 3.5mm plug on both ends.
