Shipping Terms
Dear customers, please note that we have recently changed our shipping model and this item will be shipped from our US facility. We have not changed our shipping charges and the shipping timeline still remains at between 4-7 business days for shipments to the UK. We will continue to use Parcelforce 48 hour service for ALL deliveries once the items clears customs so you will be able to track your item as normal. The shipping cost will include insurance and signed for delivery as normal so you can feel secure in the knowledge that your package is safe!

JustDeals-uk will post to Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, France, and Italy only. Currently, we are unable to process or ship orders to the Channel Islands. We do not post to BFPO, PO Box, and addresses outside of the Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, France, and Italy. No pickups are permitted.

Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during checkout. Combined Shipment is available for up to 5 items per order. You will have 7 days from the end of the first auction to complete checkout before your order will be cancelled. Once checkout has been completed for an order, the order is immediately sent to our warehouses for packing and shipping. The order cannot be combined or modified after checkout has been completed. Some items may NOT qualify for combined shipment due to its weight, fragility or if the item is shipped by one of JustDeals-uk's third party partners. • Your order will be processed for shipment within 2 to 3 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Tracking information will be emailed to you when it becomes available.
• Orders from United Kingdom are shipped via Parcelforce 48 service unless otherwise stated.
• All shipments require a signature, so please have the item sent to a location where someone will be available to sign during business hours.
• A Proof of Delivery is available for each shipment, though there is a fee for requesting such proof.
• JustDeals will not be held responsible for loss or any damage that occurs to your parcel while it is being delivered. For this reason, insurance is included in price of every shipment.
• Shipping and handling fee includes all packing, warehouse and distribution costs.
• In the event that your item is not available in the warehouse closest to your location, the item will ship from an alternate location, which may add to your shipping time.

Buyer Feedback

Return Terms
All sales come with JustDeals-uk' 30-day warranty unless advertised differently. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available. If the item is faulty, death on arrival (DOA) then we commit to issuing you with a working replacement within the warranty period. If in the event that a replacement is not available then and only then will we issue you with a full refund (including shipping). Specific terms are:

• For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
• Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
• Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
• Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
• Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
• Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.

Return Procedures
Please send an email to customerservice@JustDeals-uk.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
