We offer shipping to all 48 contiguous United States via UPS or UPS Mail Innovations (UPS MI). We do NOT ship to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam or Puerto Rico.

• Shipping insurance is already included
• Payment must be received within one week of the auction closing. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment has not been received with this time frame.
• Please allow up to 3 business days after payment is received and cleared for your order to be processed before shipping.
• We do not deliver to International, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands.
• Combine Shipments

*Standard Ground shipping will be through UPS Ground or UPS Mail Innovations (UPS MI). Both methods provide online tracking status. THe tracking number will be emailed to you after the order has been shipped. The shipping method will be determined by the product purchased and your shipping location. Sales Tax
An 8.75% sales tax is applied to all order shipped to California. Final price includes products and packaging materials. Sales tax is calculated only on the extended price (unit price x quantity) total, excluding shipping and other charges.

Buyer Feedback

Return Procedures
Please send an email to customerservice-us@groovyebay.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
