SHIPPING: Please Note there is no seperate item listed for Insurance on most items. When required it is included in the quoted shipping charge unless otherwise stated. I am always happy to combine items. Buyer is always responsible for payment of full shipping charges which may include a small handling fee. I ship by the least expensive method available.

Because of the new shipping charge requirements, US Postage is based on shipping from my zipcode to a California destination plus a small handling charge. Shipping to your area may be less then quoted. If that is true a refund for excess shipping charges will be issued. Return Policy: Returns will not be accepted unless the item is found to be not as described in the original auction description. Returns will also be accepted if the item is damaged in transit. All items are insured. Authorization for return must be requested. Upon authorization, item must be returned within 7 days and be in the same condition as when received. If item is listed as being in a sealed box. Item must be returned with original seal intact. If item has been damaged. pictures of damaged item and packaging will be requested before authorization is given to return item.. Item and packaging must be available for original shipper to pick up and evaluate. A refund will not be given under any circumstances if item is not made available to shipper for review and who will authorize a refund.
