Policies

Warranty on our items is either DOA or AS-IS. For DOA warranties, notification should be received within 5 buisiness days of receiving the product either via email to nick@kaisertechnologies.com or at 408-986-0539. When sending email, please email direct and put the auction number as well as stating that there is a problem in the subject so these can be spotted quickly. We receive a large volume of email through the Ebay system and will do our best to respond within 1-2 business days of receiving the email. For AS-IS products, they carry no warranty or guarantee though we try and provide as much information as we can in the auction. Please bid accordingly.

Payment is due within 7 days of the end of the auction. Paypal payments must be to the verified address. Payments via check or money order need to be made payable to "Kaiser Technologies".

All items are shipped UPS. We do not ship via the US Postal Service or other carriers. We ship to the US only. We do not ship to Canada or overseas any longer. Items will typically be shipped within 2 business days of payment being received though in many cases they are shipped same or next day. Local pickup is Not available.
