PurchaseTerms

• We offer a 100% guarantee that the item is as described!
• We'll always do our best to provide as many quality pictures as bidders need, but if you do need more, do not hesitate to ask.
• Unless otherwise stated in the auction description, buyer assumes full responsibility for any type of activation, regulations, compatibility, software & drivers, etc.
• International customers are welcome on most items, but must obtain prior authorization before bidding.
  Payment
  • High Bidder needs to contact Seller WITHIN 3 DAYS after auction is closed.
  • Payment must be made WITHIN 7 DAYS.
  • Accepted forms of payment are: PayPal, Money Order, or Cashiers Check.
  • We accept credit cards over the phone, call (928)875-8476. (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, & DISCOVER)
  • If you intend on paying with a money order or cashiers check, proceed through the auction checkout and indicate your method of payment. This places a 10 day hold on your purchase so that it will not be re-sold while your payment is being mailed.
  • PERSONAL & COMPANY CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
    Shipping
    • Continental US bidders pay shipping & handling costs as per "Shipping costs" listed above. Insurance is optional.
    • We strive to ship the day after your payment arrives. If you pay on Friday or Saturday, shipping will take place the following Monday.
    • Freight items will be shipped at the discretion of our LTL pickup service and the size of LTL queue. Though our freight items are immediately ready for shipment, there are times when we will have other LTL loads queued in front of your shipment and there may be a shipment delays.
    • Freight does not carry standard insurance, instead insurance is on a per pound bases (ie. $5 per pound, $10 per pound, etc.)
    • International shipping is provided through USPS. Or via FedEX upon request.
    • We can expedite shipping. However, there is a 12:00pm MST cutoff time for FedEX Express Pickup.
      Returns
      • Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify RohbockRAS within 48 hours to let us know if the item is damaged or in a condition otherwise described in the auction.
      • Items damaged in shipping are not included in the "100% as described" guarantee, and will be processed through shipping insurance claims. Please retain all damaged item packing material for insurance reasons.
      • Unless an item has been shipped by freight, there will be a full refund (including original shipping costs) on items that are not as described.
      • Customer return shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason. (including DOA, description mistakes, or shipping damage)
      • Items can only be returned with prior authorization. An RMA (return materials authorization) number most be obtained from us before you return any order. Unauthorized returns can not be honored and more than likely will be lost.
      • Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc.
      • Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Damaged item(s) will be returned to customer with no refund.
        Feedback
        • Feedback will be made AFTER you receive your item, have a chance to look it over, and YOU HAVE LEFT FEEDBACK!
