Be wary of other auctions offering generic or no name brand adapters - they are not plug and play and may not include recent drivers - none of them include a network cable such as I am adding to the box ... a $10 value. Some other adapters being offered on eBay may also have a built in USB cable - this adapter has a separate USB cable making the auction more valuable.

Note: Some of the adapters are "box labeled" as 10baseT, but all have been firmware flashed for 100baseT performance.

This adapter works ONLY with Windows based PCs & laptops / notebooks. Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows ME, XP. I have other usb ethernet adapters for OTHER operating systems available in my other auctions.
