International shipping is an estimated price. If the shipping is less, then I will refund the full amount, if it is more then I will bill you for the difference. Please don't send me email to quote international shipping as it takes awhile for me to do and then it turns out that the people who asked didn't even got close to winning. But I will provide a copy of the shipping reciept when i ship it so that you know that the shipping price is true.
