Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from delivery date.

In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

All non-defective, undamaged products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned opened or in a non-factory sealed box. There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products.

Q: Why am I charged an electronic waste recycling fee?
A: We are required by California law to charge an electronic waste recycling fee on certain products when shipped to a California address. This fee, which is transferred back to the State of California, is charged on products that have a monitor screen, such as CRTs, LCDs, televisions and laptop computers. If you return an item for which you were charged an electronic waste recycling fee, the amount of the recycling fee will be refunded.
